Gran Canaria: where diving and holidays come together!
After just 4 hours of flying you end up in Macaronesia, the diving paradise that offers wonderful diving experiences all year round. With a subtropical climate and dramatic volcanic landscapes both above and below the water, Gran Canaria is the island to explore for divers and non-divers alike.
Underwater World of Gran Canaria
Descend into a world of bastard fish that envelop you as you dive through them, and witness the spectacle of barracudas darting through schools of sardines in search of their next meal. Bring your diving light to spot moray eels, octopuses, spider crabs, and anemones, among others... And look on the bottom for a variety of rays, such as round stingrays, eagle rays, butterfly rays and marbled electric rays. In winter it is a unique experience to dive with angel sharks.
