7. Photos and visual material at the expo
During the Duikvaker expo, photos and videos are taken by or on behalf of The Exhibition Company BV.
This visual material is used for:
- Publication on the website duikvaker.nl
- Promotion on Duikvaker social media channels (Facebook, Instagram)
- Printed materials and promotional material for future editions
- Reporting and archiving of the event
By visiting the expo, you consent to the making and use of photos and videos in which you may be visible. This is clearly communicated before and during the event, including through signs at the entrance and mention on the ticket.
If you object to the use of visual material in which you are recognisably visible, you can contact us at info@duikvaker.nl. We will then remove or modify the material in question as soon as possible.
The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in promoting the event (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), in combination with the implied consent given by visiting the expo after being informed about this.
