From Oman to Indonesia: 26 years of Extra Divers Worldwide

The success story of Extra Divers Worldwide started exactly 26 years ago with the opening of a diving center on the Red Sea. The company now has a total of 22 dive centers worldwide, two liveaboards (Egypt and Oman) and 5 of its own hotel resorts in Indonesia. Here everyone is guaranteed to find the right diving center for their diving holiday!
Some highlights from the Extra Divers Worldwide product portfolio:
Oman Explorer
The comfortable MV Oman Explorer is under the professional management of Extra Divers Worldwide and offers various trips to the most spectacular diving spots in the Sultanate of Oman. The Oman Explorer offers space for a total of 22 divers in 11 cabins. Comfortable cabins, a large diving deck, two sundecks, a spacious salon and experienced guides guarantee everything needed for a successful liveaboard.
Spice Island Resort – Halmahera Indonesia

The beautiful diving resort 'Spice Island' under Swiss management is located in the North Moluccas on the island of Kusu, far away from tourist routes. Located on an idyllic island in the heart of the Indonesian archipelago, the resort offers a unique combination of untouched nature, breathtaking diving spots and relaxation. The 16 spacious bungalows are all a stone's throw from the beach and have beautiful sea views.
There are always small blacktip sharks on the house reef. The surrounding waters are known for their rich diversity of marine life and impressive coral reefs.
Nabucco Resorts in Maratua Atoll Indonesia

Maratua Atoll is located right in the middle of the coral triangle, so the macro life and overall diversity are breathtaking. Located east of Kalimantan (Indonesian Borneo), more than 872 species of fish, 507 species of corals and invertebrates inhabit the sea between 31 islands, sandbars and outer reefs that plunge directly into the deep Sulawesi Sea.
Extra Divers not only opened Nabucca Island Resort in 2001 and operates it to this day, but also Nunukan Resort (and neighboring 5-star resort Virgin Cocoa), about an hour's boat ride south.
