Discover the virtual underwater world with ScubaFISHual

It is often thought that there is nothing to see underwater in the Netherlands, but nothing could be further from the truth! Just ask a diver who often dives in Zeeland or in one of the many freshwater lakes in the Netherlands. The Netherlands has a fantastic underwater nature with a great diversity of underwater life and with 'ScubaFISHual' you can experience that virtually!

Youth curriculum

With the ScubaFISHual teaching program, the Dutch Underwater Sports Association wants to enthuse young people for the underwater world. We do this by means of 360-degree images. The youth put on VR glasses and experience the underwater world in real-life. In this way, young people can experience what it is like to take a dip in the open water and discover a world that is new to them. In addition, she can watch 360-degree images of different lesson situations in the pool. The 360-degree images have no educational purpose, but give a real picture of a lesson situation in the swimming pool. By letting the youth experience 'dry' what it is like to dive, we hope to enthuse them for the sport of diving. The full lesson program consists of a memory game, quiz, cardboard VR glasses and possibly a dip in the pool with real diving equipment.
