Fully automatic shooting with the Nikon Coolpix L30
Just like its predecessor the L27, the user-friendly 20-megapixel COOLPIX L30 provides the right settings, so you don't have to do anything. Simple operation and smart automatic technologies ensure stable images and allow you to take underwater photos in all conditions using the NIKKOR wide-angle zoom lens with 5x optical zoom.
Difficult to keep the camera very still while diving? The camera corrects you!
Especially when diving, it is not always easy to keep a camera still while printing. This camera has three functions, which automatically prevent blurry photos. Electronic Vibration Reduction (eVR) reduces the effect of camera shake. Motion Detection corrects camera and subject movement. BSS (Best Shot Selector) automatically selects the best shot from ten consecutive shots.
Clear HD video recording
capture moving moments in HD at the touch of a button. A dedicated movie-record button makes it easy to start movie shooting.
Wide angle and macro
The camera has a wide-angle lens with 5x zoom (26 – 130 mm). Due to the large angle of view, making an overview photo of, for example, a reef or a group of people is no problem at all. the Nikon camera also has a close-up mode for taking perfect macro shots (from just 3 cm away).

Ultra-compact underwater housing from Ikelite
The Ikelite ultra-compact underwater housing for the Nikon Coolpix L30. Like any other underwater housing from the well-known brand Ikelite, this underwater housing is of excellent, solid quality with metal buttons and a reliable hinge closure. All camera functions are fully operable in the underwater housing. The underwater housing comes with a 1cc tube of Ikelite grease, a wrist strap, a protective lens port cap, a diffuser and a deflector. The underwater housing weighs only 680 grams with the camera and has the following dimensions: 15.2 cm x 11.2 cm x 8.6 cm. The underwater housing is expandable to external flashes, filter and external conversion lenses. The maximum depth is no less than 60 meters! That says something about the solidity of the housing!
