Where and when will Duikvaker 2025 take place?

Duikvaker 2025 will take place on 1 & 2 February 2025 in Expo Houten, Speelmanshof 7, 5324 DC Ammerzoden.

What are the set-up and dismantling times for my stand?

Set-up is on January 30 & 31, 2025, from 08:00 to 18:00. Take-down is on February 2, 2025, from 17:30 to 22:00. The trade show floor must be empty by 22:00.
Are there means of transportation available to bring items to my stand?

No, the organization does not have any means of transportation. Bring your own (hand)carts or hand trucks.
Where can I load and unload?
+
Loading and unloading is possible next to and behind the exhibition building (Wilgenkade). Vehicles are not allowed in the building.
What is the maximum building height for my stand?
+
The maximum building height in the halls is 5 meters. For stands higher than 2.50 meters you need written permission.
Are there guidelines for stand construction and layout?
+
Yes, there are guidelines to ensure a professional appearance. What is not allowed? Brightly colored promotional signs, clips/clamps, promotion outside your stand, and handing out flyers outside your stand.
What type of stands can I rent?

You can choose from island, head, corner and intermediate stands, each with its own construction rules.
Can I rent a stand without having my own stand construction?

Yes, you can choose standard or budget stand construction in dimensions of 3x3, 4x3, or 5x3 meters. Other dimensions on request.
Where can I order additional stand materials?

You can order additional materials such as furniture and walls via shop.duikvaker.nl.
How many access passes/badges do I get?
+
You will receive 1 badge per 5m2 of stand space, minimum 3 and maximum 15. Additional badges cost €14.00 (excl. VAT).
Can I invite guests for free?

Yes, you can put 5 guests on the guest list. Registration is possible from November 1st via https://www.duikvaker.nl/gastenlijst/ with password DVE-2025.
Is there Wi-Fi?

Yes, there is free Wi-Fi for exhibitors and visitors.
Can I give a lecture at Duikvaker?
+
Yes, send an email to info@duikvaker.nl to request your lecture.
What are the rules for waste processing?
+
You can dispose of waste yourself or order (free) containers. The contents will be charged. Waste separation is mandatory.
