Everything you need to know as an exhibitor about participating in Duikvaker

Costs & Participation

Participation is available from 1195 euros. This covers the rental of the floor space including a power connection. It is also possible to register for participation including booth construction or custom booth construction. Check the registration form for the participation costs that apply to your specific preferences.
Participation is available from 9 m². After that, any size is possible. The booth must be at least 2 metres deep.
The floor plan on this website shows the current layout of the exhibition floor. Available booths are clearly indicated. If you need advice on choosing the best location for your booth, we are happy to help.

Planning & Schedule

Duikvaker 2027 takes place on Friday 5 February (evening opening 18:00–21:00), Saturday 6 February (10:00–18:00) and Sunday 7 February (10:00–17:00) at Expo Houten.
Setup takes place on Wednesday 3, Thursday 4 February and Friday 5 February from 08:00 to 18:00. On Friday 5 February your booth must be fully set up and ready by 17:30. The expo then opens at 18:00.
Teardown starts immediately after closing on Sunday 7 February at 17:00. You have until 22:00 that evening to fully dismantle your booth and leave the booth space clean. It is not permitted to dismantle booths before the end of the expo.

Booth & Setup

Our booth construction includes: white system walls (2.50 m high), fascia board with company name, carpet, lighting (1 spotlight per 4 m²), a 3 kW power connection. Carpet is standard throughout the hall. Through our Service Shop in the exhibitor portal you can easily order additional furniture, display cases or AV equipment.
We offer various solutions for branding in the booth. It is prohibited to attach materials to the walls or the fascia board. This can damage the booth construction. Damage costs will be charged afterwards.
The standard name sign is placed at the front of your booth. Would you like your company name on the sides or back wall as well? That is possible — order additional name signs through the Service Shop.
All extras are ordered through the Service Shop in the exhibitor portal. Think of additional tables, chairs, display cases, refrigerators, screens and lighting. Order in time — orders after the deadline may no longer be guaranteed.

Technical & Logistics

Every booth receives a 3 kW / 220 volt power connection. This is more than sufficient for lighting and connecting a laptop, for example. If you need an additional connection, simply order it through the Service Shop.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge for exhibitors and visitors of the expo. We can also provide a wired connection. Simply order this through the Service Shop.
During setup and teardown days you can drive your vehicle up to the hall for loading and unloading. There are several roller doors so you are always close to your booth. It is not possible to enter the hall with your car. Follow the signage on site.
A forklift with driver can be reserved through our Service Shop. Clearly indicate on which day and at what time you need the forklift, and state the weight and dimensions of your goods.

After confirmation of your participation you will receive an email invitation with login credentials. Go to https://www.exhibitor-portal.nl/login. Log in with the email address you registered with.
