MBO Utrecht Sports Academy

Would you like to independently supervise or coordinate sports and exercise activities? Do you see yourself in front of a group in the future? Do you like to get people moving and also follow your PADI Divemaster training during your studies? Then a training at the Sport Academy of MBO Utrecht is really something for you!
In the two basic years, you will learn everything you need to offer sports and exercise activities to different target groups. For example, you will soon know how to set up lesson and training programs, how to organize competitions, tournaments or events and how to coach and stimulate people in sports and exercise activities. But you will learn much more. It is not without reason that our motto is: There's more to explore!

As a future sports and movement coordinator, you will further specialize in a specific field. The PADI Divemaster training is one of the choices you can make in this!

Under the supervision of certified PADI instructors, you will learn everything an experienced Divemaster needs to know during 2 school years, 1 day a week. No diving experience yet? No problem! At the Sports Academy, we will take you into the underwater world and into the profession of Divemaster from step 1. In addition to the swimming pool sessions in Nieuwegein and the open water dives in Vinkeveen, among others, we will also take you to Malta to further improve your acquired skills there. Diving in crystal clear water between brightly colored fish and historic wrecks. How cool is that!
