The Divers Guide is 15 years old. We are celebrating that in 2019 with more than 20 new dive sites. The new guide will be released in January 2019. It falls into your mailbox just before Duikvaker. What can you expect? We discovered more than 20 new dive sites for the new season 2019. We found something everywhere: In Utrecht, Gelderland, South Holland, North Brabant, Overijssel, the Oosterschelde, Belgium and Germany. Some are real natural sites with a lot of life, others are full of diving objects. Something for everyone! Of course there are also a few gems among them, such as a new dive site in Belgium where you can dive both in an open quarry and in a cave between old mining tools. Or how about the beautiful new dive sites that we found in the crystal-clear water of the Kraaijenbergse Plassen?

Also fantastic are the new 30-metre wreck that will be sunk in the Kraaijenbergse Plassen and the new diving aquarium in Emmen. Unfortunately, both locations did not make it to Divers Guide 15, simply because it is not yet possible to dive. But you will find these sites with your subscriber code on the online Divers Guide platform as soon as the time comes. Do you have a subscription to the Divers Guide? What else do you need to know about the new Diver's Guide? We found a dive site where you can spot salmon and we also encountered the inner smelt in one of our new discoveries. You can read it all in the new guide. We also found a new shallow dive site in what was once a stream pool for long track competitions. These are just a few examples. Furthermore, this new edition of the Divers Guide contains many updates. For example, in 2018 two fantastic new underwater parks were created in existing diving locations, full of interesting biotopes, wrecks and the like.
